Resistor Color Code Chart

한국어

IEC 60062:2016 Table 1, as printed in the standard. Every color has its name and two-letter code, so a black-and-white print still reads.

Bands 1 and 2 are digits, band 3 is the multiplier, band 4 is tolerance. 5-band parts have 3 digits, and band 6 is tempco.

No tolerance band means ±20%.

Gray tolerance is ±0.01% here. Some charts list ±0.05%. This one follows the 2016 edition of the standard.

The swatches are for recognition only. The standard doesn't treat its own swatches as normative either.

Standard values (IEC 60063)

E6, E12 and E24 are 2-digit values, E96 is 3-digit. Multiply or divide by 10 to move between decades.
